Initiate Request
Log into your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the footwear is unworn, in its original packaging with all tags intact, as our team will verify the condition upon arrival.
Scheduled Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the return package.
Refund or Exchange
After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement pair.
